I'd love to hear from you!

In this third episode of the Awareness, Acceptance, and Action series, the discussion focuses on transforming conflict at work by using the Positive Intelligence® Sage muscle of empathy. I first discuss some ©PQ grounding techniques that are useful for everyday events, and the more often you use them (several times a day, even if it's just for 5 or 10 minutes at a time,) you'll be amazed at how easily and quickly you can turn away from the negative thought path and toward the Sage path. I follow this with a personal example of how the Judge, the Avoider, and the Victim played a role in a situation at work and review how using the Sage muscle of empathy would have changed everything.
