Lo Bundy had the BEST childhood until at age 16, her parents got divorced! That rocked her world and she started partying, doing drugs and drinking. That dramatically changed the trajectory of her life....but after years of over drinking and living a program, she is now on the healing path and showing us the way through breath work!
Lo has been a nurse for 15 years in Woman’s Health, Obstetrics & Neonatal, Online Fitness Coach (not as much anymore as Breathwork is my Passion now)
Now she works part-time and is a Trauma-Informed Breathwork facilitator.
