& Sometimes those feelings can make us want to retreat or completely give up or avoid even admitting that we are overwhelmed, but that’s not productive is it?
So let’s take some action & implement some new tools into our routine to help prevent & manage that overwhelm with it inevitably hits.
We are talking about OVERWHELM and I wanted to share with you 1 way that I am proactive about preventing overwhelm but then also 2 tips for managing it because sometimes we just can’t avoid feeling overwhelmed from time to time!
