At the beginning of my career, I couldn’t learn enough. Then around maybe year 2-3, I found myself feeling too busy to get better. I could write a killer contract, won the majority of the listing appointments I went on and was closing 40-50 transactions per year … so what else could I possibly need to know? See I thought training meant basics that I already knew. I also thought I didn’t have time to learn anything new. How wrong I was. It was only when I was introduced to higher quality, higher value training (initially through Brian Buffini’s courses!) that my eyes were opened … and my business too off for the better.
