Guest: George Taylor
George Taylor, from London UK, shares his #DaretoBeLove story of courage, resilience and determination.
Ever since he was a teenager, George dreamed of becoming a successful musician and making a name for himself in the musical world after picking up his first guitar in high school. With natural talent and a strong work ethic, George achieved relative success, but then everything fell apart. His association with music moved from love to pain.
After laying the guitar down for over 15 years and building a successful career in media and publishing, his friend James encouraged George to pick his guitar up again and give his musical dreams one more chance. With multiple hurdles along the way, George shares his story of resilience. Just as they were about to give up, George silently acknowledged his fear, let go of all expectations, and it all came together in a flash of surrender. The music fell out of them. Next, they faced the challenge of finding a vocalist. George shares his views on creativity and how they got to release their new single ‘Lines of Symmetry’.
