Struggling with heartburn, reflux or GERD?

Heartburn and ACID reflux are incredibly common. The most common treatment? Prescription strength antacids.

Ironically, these medications can actually make heartburn worse and contribute to SIBO and dysbiosis in your microbiome.

But there' so much more to heartburn than just dysbiosis or low stomach acid. In today's episode we'll dive into the three categories of causes for heartburn: functional, structural and immunological. I'll also share the 4 step protocol I use to help clients get off antacids and enjoy food again, without heartburn!
