This is your first Motivation Monday. Once a week I want to bring you a short 5 minute podcast to help set you up for the week ahead. To inspire you to have a week full of energy and for you to do great things.

So this week we kick it all off by talking about habits. How you change habits and what you need to do in order to create new ones.
