Teddy combines his experience as a strength coach and physical therapist when working with people. His goal as a coach/therapist is to give his patients and clients the tools so they can help themselves, and to show them that movement and exercise will help them over time.

We get into recovery methods, misconceptions people have about PT and the biggest wastes of time in the gym, but the biggest takeaway for me was when we talked about his career path.

The point that I am at in my career is very similar to where Teddy was when he was my age. So, I selfishly ask him some questions about his career and the choices that he made. His advice to me was to continue to learn and connecting with people. I'm going to use that as more fuel to keep up with the podcast.
