We're rolling through the end of 2023 with another top episode of the year and I'm not surprised at all that there was a food episode in the mix! Food freedom is often the most challenging habit hacking we do due to diet culture mentality really over-complicating health and weight loss for us over the years. So today we're addressing if you should track your food or not!
