We call it getting lost in the moment, but we really should call it getting found in the moment instead. Living in the moment is essential to our mental health. It's a major key to living a Happy Life. Like Calm.com says "How often do you find yourself worrying about the future or reliving the past, oblivious to the beauty of now? In a world filled with distractions, finding presence—a state of being deeply attuned to the present moment—has never been more important for wellbeing." It's also one of the best ways to keep things like stress, regret, guilt, anxiety and more at bay. Just like Eckhart Tolle says "Unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry—all forms of fear—are caused by too much future, and not enough presence. Guilt, regret, resentment, grievances, sadness, bitterness, and all forms of non-forgiveness are caused by too much past, and not enough presence."
So hop on this Happy Rocket flight and find out with us what living in the moment (or should I say getting found in the moment?) is like and how to get there. Good news is, it's not rocket science. It's a trip. One that anyone who takes the time, can take.
