In this episode, we discuss 5x NBA All Star Kevin Love's article posted on the Player's Tribune. Love opens up about his personal struggle with mental illness, emphasizing that everyone is going through something and that there is no shame in sharing your struggle. He spoke of the Young Boy's Playbook: the emotionless, figure it out by yourself attitude. In doing so, he explained that bottling up emotions is taught and heavily practiced. While the playbook has it's pitfalls, it ultimately provides the way for young boys (and girls) to grow into strong, independent individuals.
