No matter how long weâve been on the healing journey, there is a repetitive process happening where we tend to sabotage ourselves.

*accessing FAITH by questioning the reality
*the hidden energies exploring the difference between I can't and I donât want
*tapping into the bodyâs INNER YES / INNER KNOWING / INNER NO

Expanding our consciousness and turning our life from the VICTIM into the CREATOR mode.
Meditation is one part of accessing our thoughts. Our emotions are another way to reflect upon the TRUTH or hidden identities of the unconscious mind.

Belief: I canât do this. = victim mode
Is it true? = questioning yourself, becoming honest
Maybe itâs a part of you that doesnât want. And thatâs ok.
How does âI canâtâ feel? = victim mode
How does âI donât wantâ feel? = stagnation mode
Can you allow yourself to turn the âI donât wantâ into asking yourself
âWHAT DO I WANT?â (write it down)
How does âI want âŚâ feel? = creator/desire mode
Here it can get tricky when the subconscious is running the game.
Desires based on love or our values tend to automatically let us thrive. (Episode #2.1)
Yet when we allow ourselves to see what is possible, we find it easier to take the very first step.
This very first step is the NEW BEGINNING of a NEW CHAPTER to walk your path.
Which decision do you take?
What first step do you consciously choose to take?
I suggest practicing learning your body yes/inner knowing/no to navigate your path and keep on motivating yourself, trusting more and more.
