Why do we create pressure?

What happens when we come late?

What’s the thought coming up?

How does this make us feel?

Do I want to pressure myself, or others?

Can I shift this for myself, and others to flow more in calm through the day?

Can you allow yourself to have time?

3) Talking about others, He or She did to me

Allow to stay in love with whatever you find out. We are all humans doing the best we can every day. Awareness is the key to deciding to change.

How often do I judge? Why?

What are my thoughts? How do I feel?

How may the other person feel?

Which words do I choose when I speak about others? Why?

From 100%, how many % per day do you speak about others?

Why do you focus this amount of time on others? Not about yourself?

How does this make you feel? Do you avoid yourself?

When someone does something to us, can you see your part of the creation?

Can someone make us feel …?

Where are these emotions?

Maybe reflect upon which thoughts you have chosen to create this reality.

Why do you create this? What do you need?

Can you take responsibility for your part?

Are you holding on to someone that costs you daily energy?

I want does mean I don’t have it, which is creating a constant loop of lack mentality. It’s like being in an inner child longing to get something.

How do you feel when you want something?

Where is it in your body?

Can you live without it?

Is this desire filling a need or inner void?

How can you fill this need, inner void differently?

Can you allow yourself to envision you already have what you want?
