This quick and ease body scan meditation can be used daily to let go of stress and tension before it builds up within. Very important for those that have stressful jobs that expose them to trauma like military, first responders and medical professionals. No experience is necessary for this practice. We will simply allow our breath to slow down as we become aware of sensations in our body. Regain a sense of control and build resilience within.
