Denise Montford from Angel House Bereavement Center Inc. joins us on this important episode to discuss healthy grieving. She explains the difference between acute and complicated grief as well as anticipatory grief. We talk about how death ends a life, but not a relationship and how we can still have a relationship even though that person is not there physically.
