I couldn’t be more excited to share my conversion with professional climber Sasha DiGiulian on the eve of her documentary premiere “Here to Climb” on HBO Max. We talk about what it’s like to look back on the last 4 years of Sasha’s story and the journey toward a career that’s been nothing short of stellar. She talks about her goal setting process, what it looks like to go after something that scares you, and how to recognize when goals don’t serve you anymore. Sasha also shares what excites her right now, which includes her nutrition bar business, Send Bars.
