It's been a while since Sarah and I chatted amongst ourselves without interviewing a guest. So this week, we chose a podcast topic that we felt confident in tackling ourselves. And a topic that has been suggested to us by a few listeners. This week we're talking all about MOTIVATION. And more specifically, the common roadblocks we see that kill motivation and how to summon the ambition needed to stick to a clean eating plan or get our asses into the gym when life starts getting in the way. But mostly we just make fun of Sarah's depressing "workout corner." Enjoy!
