You've heard it many times, just surrender, let it go. Do you still need to hear it again? Personally, it's a message that I can never hear enough. As we get caught up in life, it's nice to hear the words again, so that it becomes natural to just surrender and let things be.
Ever wonder how you will get any time to have ME TIME. Listen and follow along, grab a pen and paper and see what you come up with. You just may be surprised.
Listening and whole body focusing is a skill that you can transfer and getter better at as you move through life. We all listen and want to be listened to, my suggestion is that you use listening in everyday life the same way you would while practicing whole body focusing.
The last step into whole body focusing. When your done, you're not really done. It's a process that keeps on giving and that keeps on moving through space and time.
Enjoy a meditation that brings you where you are right now, here, in the moment and nowhere else, just listening to what your body has to say. Another step of whole body focusing.
Once you move through accepting ego, than you just stay in touch with what presents itself, the way it is, in the present moment. A step closer to more information that our body holds deep inside of us.
Just a side note : I did get ahead of myself. I posted the information for part 2 and 3 without following through with the meditation. I was moving a little too fast. So, the next 2 podcasts enjoy the meditation for Clearing a Space as well as Accepting/Revealing the Ego. I am enjoying the learning curve as I go, I hope your enjoying my offerings along the way - (even if it does get a little mixed up here and there.) We all know how strong the roots of a tree can be - but what about our roots? How would you like to become as strong as tree and find one way to support yourself without depending on others. A nice meditation to do at any moment of the day.
Are you giving graciously or just plain giving? There is a difference. Take note as to how you give and to who you give... it just may open your eyes a little more.
