In the latest episode of the Jennifer Zee Plant-based and Happy Podcast, I had the amazing opportunity to chat with my guided meditation idol! I discovered Chel Hamilton's Meditation Minis podcast while scouring Spotify endlessly to find quick and easy ways to relax and alleviate stress. Being a busy person with a short attention span, I wanted to find guided meditations (under 15 minutes) that also packed the powerful benefits that come with longer meditation sessions. I was thrilled when I found Chel's guided meditations that are no longer than 15 minutes! Naturally I wanted to have her on the show and luckily for me she was super awesome and agreed to share her story and insights with me!
