One year ago I was hospitalized for having myocarditis & fluid around my heart. I was also in a severe flare of my UC.
I was afraid & full of doubt that I would ever be ok. I was worried I would never live the life I once lived again.
But I AM. & Even better than before.
Today's episode is the reminder for you that you can overcome anything. Your mindset is your greatest tool. It can empower you or keep you sick.
