It’s 2am and you’re wide awake thinking…thinking… and thinking. Generally about nothing positive. One embarrassing thought leads to another and soon you’re revisiting that moment in 6th grade when you spilled milk all over your pants.

Yup, you’re ruminating.

People with ADHD often get thoughts stuck in their heads. We worry on steroids and end up losing sleep, getting anxious and afraid to try new things.

I’ve worked with many coaching clients to help them develop a mental First Aid Kit to help them stop ruminating. Let’s develop one for you!
