Come with me on my daily meditation. In this series I will do short meditations. As the series goes along, we will grow and change together. Thanks for joining me right here on Kuhl Conversations. When we start out we go into the ground all the way to the core. Then we expand out into the Universe with God's love and light. When grounded and connected to God we don't go around randomly without God's highest good for us. Then we send a few minutes in silence. It's a beautiful meditation that I have been using for 20 plus years. Taught to me by my first teachers wife, Suzi Hassert. She is a wonderful intuitive herself.
