Listen in to this week's episode if you've ever considered not following through with your goals when alcohol was taken off the table. Have you decided that you were ready to jump in with your health goals, maybe eating better, starting to exercise, getting mentally fit, prioritizing yourself, etc. and then you were told to drop the alcohol and you felt the brakes come out?!
You're not alone in this feeling, a lot of us have felt that way. Not that you feel like alcohol is something you NEED to have or that you feel that you are addicted to it, it's just something to take the edge off, or maybe you feel like you 'deserve' to relax and unwind and enjoy a drink at the end of the day or when going out with friends. None of these thoughts are wrong, they are just thoughts.
Today we discuss how we've balanced these thoughts with our desires to improve our health. We are sharing tips on how to navigate these thoughts and how to help you to overcome them and truly allow yourself to become the best version of YOU!
