Welcome back!! This week we are sharing our experience with overcoming sickness and feeling rundown. Tis the season of flu bugs, viruses and not feeling well. We will all come down with something eventually and we're here to help you have a plan in place for how to allow yourself to rest but also stay on track with your health goals.
As we've experienced setbacks in our own journey's after coming down with an illness, we know you likely have too. It's easy to convince yourself that you need to rest and you'll pick back up with your healthy habits when "you're feeling better", but what happens when you're down and out for a few days or even a week? How do you bounce back from that?
The key is to keep your habits front of mind, while being realistic about how you'll accomplish what you set out to do which might include adjusting your timeline but not throwing it out the window. Listen in as we share what has worked for us!
