Today I am speaking with Sue, a spirit medium that helps people connect with those that have crossed over. Although she is comfortable working with people individually, she admits that she struggles with public speaking and has stage fright. She’s tried the “think of everyone in the audience as naked” approach and it just hasn’t worked. In this episode, I give Sue the tools that will help put her in the moment and give her perspective with this issue. Through our work together, Sue was able to find a realistic approach to what can often be the self-inflicted wickedness that can go on inside of our heads.
