This episode deals with regrets about anger.
As always, we start with a check-in on how we've been doing. This goes on a little longer than usual now that we've seen some sunnier weather! If you want to skip this part just jump ahead to 11:04.
Shadoe goes first today, and reveals that she has regrets about losing her temper. This is not a specific story, just an overall feeling of shame and guilt over all the times she threw a temper tantrum.
A surprising part of this regret is that losing your temper can have two meanings. Victoria encourages Shadoe to be curious about where the line is between harming others and herself.
Then, Victoria shares a regret about trusting someone that turned out to be a scam artist. This person was a master manipulator and found ways to financially and emotionally scam many people.
At the 56:00 minute mark; we talk about Imposter Syndrome and how some of our brightest friends are the ones most held back by it!
We end the episode with 3 breaths of letting go.
