We have talked about them and even mocked them sometimes, but today is our first Salty Ol' Dawg affected by the job itself! "Claude" articulates the heartache that comes from the unknown and the uncontrollable emotional urges that make us wonder how broken we are. He explains the struggles he faced and how the present is changing making him optimistic for the future of mental health of all first responders. He had access to wisdom at the time that guided him in a direction for success. If you are an individual who is not normally emotional, but experiences uncontrollable emotional urges "Claude" may be a fellow that offers some refuge for those of you that need to hear it. He will offer hope in his calm and casual demeanor that offers hope and resolve for those who take the time to listen. "Claude" is a man of wisdom, insight, compassion, and perseverance. We at Life On Duty want to thank him for his commitment to the community and the personal sacrifices he has made to better those around him, along with the impact on his community!
