Lou Ferrigno is an accomplished actor, fitness expert, and retired professional bodybuilder. He won an IFBB Mr. America title and two consecutive IFBB Mr. Universe titles as a bodybuilder. In his acting career, he portrayed the title role in The Incredible Hulk, Sinbad of the Seven Seas, Hercules, and was featured in the documentary Pumping Iron.

Lou now leads his own lifestyle brand, Ferrigno FIT, where he promotes healthy living.
