Hello beautiful people out there, I hope you are well, you are feeling blissful.
Episode #23 is about being okay with not being okay and cutting ourselves the slack to feel our emotions.
Emotions want to be felt and whether we like it or not, they will find there way out - sometimes in the form of OUTbursts or OUTrages..
Often, the time and place is not right but we should make it our responsibility to find some time a day to express our anger, sadness or happiness so that they don't accumulate and manifest themselves into any type of health issues or illnesses.
Let's not forget it is a steady progress after all and we are all giving our best. If we find ourselves not where we want to be right at this moment, that's okay. Let's not be mad at ourselves, let's just try again, being kind and forgiving with and towards ourselves. We got this!
