LIFE SPAN vs HEALTH-SPAN, REGENERATION vs DEGENERATION: Is aging a disease? Can it be prevented? How long can we really expect to live and to live well? Well, aging of the body is chronic, it is degenerative, and it does lead to death. So technically it is a disease and we all have it, because as far as we know, everyone ages and everyone dies. However, everyone does not age at the same rate, and everyone does not die at the same age. Science has helped me to identify twenty reasons or factors that contribute to what we call aging and impact our longevity. And this podcast will discuss each of those reasons and exactly what we can do to dramatically change our lifespan and our health-span. I will share the latest in phytochemistry, cellular alchemy and (epi)genetics so that you will have the knowledge to positively impact your genetic expressions and outcomes using the power of plant medicines, focused physical activities and proper mindset. In short, we are going to unleash YOUR amazing potential to survive for decades longer and thrive beyond most people's wildest expectations.
