I don't know about you, but I wouldn't say I'm particularly known for being able to navigate the middle. In body acceptance, as in life, I tend to think in extremes: Either I love my body at all times, or body acceptance is impossible for me and I might as well give up now. Sound familiar? Yeah. That's why today I'm talking about a concept that has been so useful for me personally, body neutrality, as well as what presence and yoga have to do with it.
