For years (and years!), I had no idea what people even meant when they suggested being present with your body, much less how to do it. In this week's podcast, I'm talking about how I think presence is a ground we can build on for creating the lives and relationships with ourselves that we want -- but also why it can be hard and how you can begin. Also this week, I'm adding something new: a guided meditation to compliment the episode! If you're subscribed to this podcast, it should show up right in your feed along with this episode. If you're not (do it below; it's the easiest way to make sure you don't miss an episode!), I've also linked it below.
