Ellen shared so much about her journey of being a crossfit athlete to struggling with her body changes during her first pregnancy. She recognized a gap when it came to women trying to navigate the changes delt during pregnancy and postpartum.
Ellen works with women who don’t know how to continue to be active during pregnancy (or start!), and wants to bridge the gap between the 6 week postpartum clearance and getting people back to the things they love. She strongly believes postpartum is forever and it’s never too late to invest in yourself.
