There are many ways that we, as adults can learn to manage our emotions, but the most effective way to teach it to children is by modeling it. Now, this does not mean that you must be a perfect, saintly role model. We all learn by making mistakes. Your children can learn from your mistakes. So, join Genie and Debi as we explore why social emotional learning is so crucial for children and how you can model and communicate how you're feeling with your children. Remember, we must be able to look within ourselves non-judgmentally in order to grow.
