In this episode, I talk about what a realistic return to exercise postpartum looks like in the first 0-12 months. Please keep in mind that these are rather general recommendations and don't take into account your unique birth circumstances or situations.
If you are dealing with any pelvic floor or core dysfunction postpartum, please seek out a pelvic floor physical therapist in your area and a P&PA (pregnancy & postpartum athletcism) coach that can perform assessments to help your healing process!
