My BIGGEST pet peeve I have that I see real estate agents and salespeople make way too often is not communicating what's in it for the prospect or viewer.
Instead, Realtors are saying lazy crap like "I'd love to jump on a zoom with you!"
I'm sure you would. But what the hell is in it for me!?
