Connect with Your Why.

If workplace burnout is getting the better of you and you're wondering why you can't seem to get yourself and your team out of the endless cycle of productivity and fatigue, it may be time to reconnect with your why. And it may also be time to make some systemic changes.
Take a moment to ask yourself.

  • Why am I doing this work?
  • Why bother to put in the effort to create change?
  • Why do I care about the well-being of my people?
  • What do I need to do to create a system that feels nourishing to me?

Connecting with your why will help you make decisions that are values aligned and respectful of your reality.

So give yourself some grace. Take the painful lessons you've gained and recommit to personal and workplace well-being on a new level!
Listen to find out:

  • How a postpartum mood disorder led me to prioritize organizational well-being
  • Why the relationships with your team are what matters most
  • How connecting with your why will boost your ability to create sustainable change
