Each life has a dark side. The part of us that we fear, a deep worry that we are terribly flawed and broken. It is scary to think about embracing the dark side because we spend our whole life running away from it. We are both yin and yang, light and dark and with practice every person can cultivate the skill of mindfulness. The ability to sit with the fear and allow it to be present, right here in the moment. This mindfulness training will allow you to shine with your light and dark side and discover that your life is a masterpiece. In this episode we learn why embracing your dark side can bring great Joy.
