What is Love? What does it mean to truly live in Love? "To feel Love we must become Love first." What does that mean for so many of us? And what are the ways we can become Love? These are questions I probably never thought about until I one day felt incapable of truly Loving in a relationship. I'd be full of infatuation (mistaken for Love) that quickly dissipated and fell out of 'Love'. Until I realised, and in a relationship, that this Love I was seeking was a Love within me, that the biggest relationship difficulties I was having, was the one with myself. And so my quest for Self Love began. This episode gets a little deep and personal. Tears are shared but vulnerability and Love always rules and heals all. It is so important that we continue to make space for ourselves and each other to be heard. Safe, non judgemental space of pure listening.
