MANIFEST A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP:

  1. Write down the characteristics, personality traits, and core values you want your future partner to embody - outside of their physical appearance.
  2. List the positives and negatives from your previous relationships to get clearer on what it is you really want in your future relationship and what doesn't work for you. Looking at the problematic areas from past relationships will show you what you want in a partner #nonnegotiables
  3. What boundaries do you need to build a healthy and interdependent romantic relationship? It helps to think of the boundaries that were crossed or nonexistent in your past relationships.

PURPOSE AND INTUITION:

  1. Pay attention - What is your first inclination about (x)? Whether it’s someone asking you out to coffee or something weird happens on a date that bothers you: What is the feeling you have in the moment, instinctively? Label it, write it down, journal on it later.
  2. Trust - Once you’re able to clearly distinguish the mind (computer-like, outdated, biological programming) vs your intuition (internal voice and pings), practice trusting your intuition instead of your mind. Example, if you get a weird feeling on a first date and no longer feel comfortable, even if you can’t pinpoint why, listen to that internal intuitive message (alarm).
  3. Purpose - Shonna believe’s intuitive & personal development combined with spiritual connection & integration is the path to understanding your purpose. When looking at your own mind, body, & spirit integration, which of the three could use some love & attention?
