Pursuing unity within our ministries, and with those we are leading is something that is often talked about, even preached about--but what does that really look like? In this episode, Jeff Watts, Lead Pastor of Renaissance in Decatur, IL, get's pretty real with us about what is actually required of the ministry leader first, before we can ever see unity within those we are leading.

Jeff is a husband to Stacey and father to a two wonderful daughters. He and Stacey started a church called Renaissance around 11 years ago and is currently one of the pastors on staff there.
