When things happen in our lives good and or bad, but in particular bad or traumatic, we have a tendency to view it from a negative standpoint. Why me? How could they? How dare they? We allow our emotions to dictate how we respond. And as a result, we perpetuate negativity in all areas of our lives which prevents our conscious expansion or spiritual growth. When people do things to us with the intent that they are hurtful, mean spirited, cruel, abusive etc. we automatically assume it’s been done to us. Why because it’s an assault on our five senses. We believe that people are working against us to achieve our end goal. Using dark arts to hold us in bondage. They’re keeping us down or enslaved not allowing us the thrive. Everything is not done with our betterment in mind. Yet, as hard as this may be for you to believe, that simply isn’t true. Deuteronomy 32:29 See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand. Join me Dr. Wendy Dearborne Choice Expert and Intrinsic Coach and Olivia Lashley Expression Coach and Artist as we explore this sensitive issue.
