December is a time of the year that most people start to feel like the pounds are creeping up on them & I know how hard it can be to get back on track once the holidays are over, but here’s the thing: you no longer have to have to choose between your skinny jeans & your favorite holiday treats!

You can have your cake & eat it too (or cheesecake, or pumpkin pie, or stuffing, or chocolate, or....) all while losing weight!

In this episode, I share some of my favorite tips to avoid overdoing it at any holiday event, dinner, party, or dessert tray that stands between you and your ideal body!
