EP 30 Flexibility v Stretching. Know the difference.

This is part III of our Testosterone Mini Series given how successful our initial podcast on Testosterone has been to date. Episode 10 if you missed it. Today we are talking about natural ways you can boost or maintain your testosterone levels. We drill a little deeper into some of the more conventional wisdom.
In this episode, we cover:

  • Flexibility v stretching.
  • Do you lose flexibility as you age?
  • Can you retain or gain flexibility as you age?
  • What are the key measures and % lost? Range of motion?
  • How to train your flexibility

Keep moving, keep your range of movement. You get inflexible as you age. Movement and muscle maintenance will help retain as far as possible. Think Yoga and Pilates. Strength training.
