Co-hosts Oge Ejizu and Fran Turauskis bring you a new type of episode. We ask Omie Dale, Director of Swim Unity, about Drowning Prevention Week, her passion for teaching people to swim, and the video series on beginners swim tips on Instagram. Plus, we talk about levels of proficiency in swimming and hiking.
