Hola Sober ONLINE is a global support platform offering nine support meetings a week and the Hola Sober Men division kicks off in September led by the fabulous Irish Hurling star Ciarán Carey . Hola Sober MONTHLY is a colourful uplifting magazine talking all things sobriety, fashion and fun for the sober community and she has also set up Hola Sober ACADEMY which offers multiple kick-start sober programs and Masterclasses helping women reach sustained sobriety. Susan shares with us her story on this weeks show and how she used community to create not only support for herself but for others on their quest for an AF life.
