“Mind your own business.” - Denise

Denise opens up about her health and weight loss journey. “I’m the heaviest I’ve been my entire life. This is week three of keto.” Jenna discusses how companies prey upon desperate people. “This would never work. It’s not sustainable. Then the stories of women who don’t want to lose weight because they don’t want to be noticed. I can’t relate to that feeling on any level. My heart breaks for those people.” Denise admits it’s taken forever to let people get close. Jenna shares stories of postpartum and how she felt about her body. “I would not talk to people because I’m fat. I don’t want to take the vacation because I’m fat, so I won’t go,” Denise says, “It breaks my heart people have these thoughts.” Jenna has had people comment about her size at all weights from a bit overweight to underweight. “As soon and I get to size four, I’ll be happy. But what they don’t realize is you can be just as miserable at size four or size twenty-four. You have to be solid with yourself. Your body is always changing.” The girls discuss addiction to sugar, their keto diets, and the mindset involved with moving forward.
