This episode is a discussion about our autism journey headlines from the two-week family vacation we took in Colorado. After being inside of the COVID bubble the past six months, we had to shake the dust off some of our parenting skills and tools with Bryce back in the "real world". Overall, he did amazingly well!! We are so proud of him! This trip was packed full of new experiences, places, people, and transitions with nine different hotels. Getting him outdoors and exploring nature was a major parenting victory and beautiful to watch as it unfolded during our two-week span.
Bryce is a funny, mechanical, HAPPY little guy who was diagnosed with autism at age two and is now seven years old. We celebrated his 7th birthday in Colorado and again when we returned to Florida! ☺ His pure joy makes this world a much better place!
If you are enjoying the show, please take a quick moment to give us a rating and review to help other families find our podcast, too. We are humbled and honored to follow our calling and be Autism Ambassadors while helping others understand our world a little more than they did before listening to the podcast. We also feel called to bring light to a community that has experienced dark days after the "diagnosis". (Luke 1:79)
