Family Care Plans During COVID with LTC Kelly Bell

A Family Care Plan (FCP) prepares a service member and the family in advance for the service member's deployment and reassures a deployed person that everything is taken are of at home, minimizing family-related stress and enabling the Service Member to concentrate more fully on his/her mission. A FCP is required for all single and dual-military service members with dependents, in particular children.
