Probably best known for creating the first 'Return to Run' protocol, Gráinne is a clinic owner, clinician, researcher, podcaster and editor of a peer-reviewed journal. We can't wait to have her join us at PelviCon!
In this 'sode we discuss how she had the courage to post her ideas about returning to running for post-partum moms, what she's learned about research from publishing herself and being the editor of a journal, and balancing a successful career and parenthood.
We take a detour into an amazing clinical pearl as Gráinne describes exactly how she explains diastasis recti to her patients in a clear way without inducing additional fear.
We also announce her PelviCon topics - they are going to be amazing! - and hear more about how to have the courage and confidence to state your opinion publicly (and be willing to accept the criticism that can come with it!).
